The room had an excellent sea view, but it smelled distinctly damp.

Proximity to Eurotunnel, bar area with alcohol service, basic Wi-Fi access
Lighting in communal areas needs improvement!!! The outdoor spaces around the hotel are dirty and unwelcoming!!! The lack of lift makes accessing upper floors inconvenient for elderly or disabled guests!!!

A request for a pillow upgrade may lead to more comfort during your stay than you expect. Consider bringing your own from home.

Fantastic stay with a view!
Had a lovely 2-night stay as a couple! The staff were super welcoming and even upgraded us to a sea view room for free, which was a sweet surprise. The bed was super comfy, and the room was nice and tidy. Loved chilling at the bar/lounge area in the evenings. Only bummer was the noise from outside at times.

There was no hot water during my stay.

missingWrote a review on 27 Junsea viewprime locationsmelly roompoor maintenance
Location right near the sea front provides easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, making it a prime spot for adventure seekers. Rooms offer some minor sea views and comfortable bedding for a decent night’s rest despite the age of the decor.
Rooms often suffer from a musty smell, suggesting inadequate ventilation. Cleanliness is a common issue, with unswept carpets and bathroom fixtures in need of more thorough maintenance. Expect poor water pressure during showers, and let's not forget about the tinned fruit and limited breakfast that falls short of continental expectations. Windows struggle to open properly, possibly leaving you toasty on cool nights. This place feels like it's caught in a time warp and needs a serious upgrade to meet even basic standards.

the shower had some issues and needed fixing, which was kinda annoying. also, the decor in the room looked a bit old and needed some upgrades.
